Made here in New Zealand with a 100% wool fill and 100% European linen outer. Our thick, extra-padded play mats are the perfect space for play and tummy time.
Available in both round and square our play mats are machine washable, but as parents, we know how often play mats are used...so to prevent constant washing we have included a water resistant layer allowing for spot washing any spills (from either end) preventing these leaking into your wool inner.
Made flat with no quilting or doming. Our play mats are designed to provide extra support while creating a smooth and soft surface for delicate new skin and little bodies learning to move.

Looking after your play mat...
All our play mats come with their own 100% cotton carry and storage bag. Wash your play mat on a low or cold temperature gentle or wool wash cycle, with a mild or wool detergent.
Do not dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener. Your mat will become softer with each wash naturally.
Prefer to air dry, but can machine dry on a low or no heat setting.
As our mats are made from linen and wool which are natural fibers, these can stretch and crinkle over time. This adds to the beauty and softness of your mat. Linen colour may vary due to natural colour process.

New ZealandThis is my second wool playmat purchase from New Edition. We have wooden floors and this is the thickest washable mat that I’ve found in the market. Quite large too, good amount of space for bubs to play. I also use it on top of an outdoor picnic mat when using it outdoors to provide extra support. Would definitely recommend!
